Listing Policy

There is no fee to list with us, we don’t require a listing agreement, and our standard listings are nonexclusive. You retain the right to sell on your own or elsewhere. If we don’t sell it, you don’t owe us any money. If we do sell your property, we’ll handle the sale, including purchase agreements and applications, escrow, title search and lien payoff, mortgage recordation, and marine documentation. There are no additional fees for these services.

Boats To list your vessel, please complete the above questionnaire, and supply a copy of your most recent survey and high-quality photos of your boat. Providing clear, well-lit images of a clean boat—inside and out—is one of the most effective ways to increase the likelihood of selling your boat in a timely manner and for a fair price.

Our standard commission on completed boat sales is 5% on the first $500,000 and 2.5% on any remainder, with a $2,000 minimum. Please inquire for our fee structure for vessels over $1,000,000.

We do not list vessels $30,000 and under. If you'd like to utilize our free Classifieds page to advertise a vessel $30,000 and under, please email [email protected].

Permits & Quota To list, please select the listing type above and fill in the required information. We will reach out to confirm the listing. Our commissions on completed sales are as follows, with a $1,000 minimum:

Permits: 2% - CHP: 3% - IFQs: 3% - LLPs: 4%
